Representing the Borough of North Arlington as redevelopment consultant, RCM Ceberio assisted with the revitalization of a former steel dumping facility.  RCM Ceberio led work sessions including the Borough and FedEx to fast-track approvals, including a new traffic signal on a state highway and brownfields approvals.  All permits were secured within nine months.  The 44-acre site with excellent access to the regional roadway network was redeveloped into a FedEx facility including a 139,000 SF distribution facility, 23,000 SF truck maintenance / repair center and 10,000 SF 0f office.  Completed in 2017, the project was the first large-scale ratable for the Borough in numerous years.
