KINGSLAND MEADOWLANDS
RCM Ceberio represented Russo Development and Forsgate Industrial Partners in negotiating a Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) with Lyndhurst, NJ for the portion of their Kingsland Meadowlands located within the municipality. The Lyndhurst portion of the warehouse project accounts for approximately 2.5 million square feet of the approximately three million SF project.
RCM Ceberio has been advising the Borough of North Arlington through our “Redevelopment Renaissance”, which has encompassed commercial, industrial and residential projects.
